Professional Bull Riding!

My amazing parents got the family tickets to see professional bull riding at the Allstate arena!

I just free handed a few country themed objects onto my nails with my black nail art pen. I used a gold glitter polish as my base. Enjoy!

Bows

I let my friend pick from the Wah Nails Book of Nail Art by Sharmadean Reid and this is the design she picked. Thanks for letting me paint your nails Amanda!

What you need:
Light Blue nail polish
Pink nail polish
White nail art pen
Black nail art pen

How to:
1. Paint your nails alternately with light blue and pink nail polish.
2. With the white nail art pen, paint an X at the top of your nail.
3. Still using the white nail art pen, connect the sides of the X to create a bow shape.
4. Fill in the bow outline with the white nail art pen.
5. Paint a small white dot in the middle to make a "button" on the bow.
6. Use the black nail art pen to outline the "button" and the bow.
7. Add two small pinch lines on each side of the "button" using the black nail art pen.
8. Enjoy your adorable nails. :)

Starry Night

I went with an easy one this time. :)

What you need:
Black nail polish
Blue sparkle nail polish

1. Paint nails with black nail polish and let dry.
2. Paint over black with blue sparkle. I used OPI Last Friday Night. :)

This was my own idea using the night sky as inspiration.

Marble Nails

These nails look best when they don't all look the same. :)

What you need:
Beige or Tan nail polish
Black nail art pen
White nail art pen
Toothpick
Top coat

1.Paint your nails with the beige or tan nail polish. Let dry.

2.Add a few white blobs to your nail.

3.Add a few black blobs as well.

4.Drag the toothpick across your nail three times vertically and  three times horizontally. (Be sure to press lightly as you don't want to scratch the tan or beige base color.)

5.Add top coat and you're done!

Comic Book Style

These nails are super simple, but can be quite time consuming.

What you need:

5 different nail polish colors (the brighter the better)
Black nail art pen
White nail art pen

How To:

1: Carefully paint each nail a different color and allow to dry completely. (I painted them the night before)
2: Outline the "explosions" on each nail with the white nail art pen.
3: Fill in the "explosions" with the white nail art pen.
4: Add white dots onto the rest of the nail and allow to dry.
5. Outline the "explosions" with the black nail art pen.
6. Use the black nail art pen to write comic-book words inside the "explosions".
Tip: Be sure to let your nails dry completely in between steps, otherwise you could smear the colors. :)
